According to the “Bye-law 1 / 96” of the “Memorandum of Association” of Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine Ltd., membership of the College shall consist of Fellows and Ordinary Members only.

a. A certified true copy of the Certificate of Registration and the Annual Practicing Certificate for the current year, issued by The Medical Council of Hong Kong.

b. A reference letter from your training supervisor if you have not been a trainee of HKCEM.

c. A certified true copy of the certificate of passing the Intermediate Examination for Emergency Medicine issued by the Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine, or a certified true copy of the certificate of an equivalent qualification to sit for Exit Examination for Emergency Medicine of the Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine.

d. Names and signatures of two current Fellows of the Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine.

e. A crossed cheque payable to “Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine Limited” for the appropriate entrance fee and annual subscription fee.
