Dear colleagues,

On behalf of Hong Kong Society of Critical Care Medicine, it is my pleasure to announce that the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) 2021 will be held on 12th Dec 2021 (Sunday).

Intensivists, anaesthetists, physicians, surgeons, ICU nurses, physiotherapists and dieticians will gather to share their clinical experience and discuss new advances and latest directions in intensive care. This year we shall be putting an emphasis on organ donation and transplant with a particular reference to the use of mechanical circulatory support devices, and recent advances in the multidisciplinary management of trauma patients.

Furthermore, young doctors and nurses are encouraged to take part in ICU research/ free paper presentation. Please submit your abstracts and inspire us with your studies!

The ASM 2021 will be held in hybrid physical and virtual format. We look forward to welcoming you in the meeting!
