Remark:

1. Definition of Retired Fellows:
   Application for retired subscription rate must be accompanied by a written declaration from the
   applicant confirming that he/she has retired from all remunerative practice/job/business.
   Fellows concerned must inform the College immediately should there be any change in their
   retirement status and the reduced rate will cease to apply thereafter.
2. Definition of Overseas Fellows:
   Application for overseas status must be accompanied by a written declaration from the
   applicants stating that they are residing overseas. Fellows concerned must inform the College
   immediately should there be any change in their overseas status and the reduced rate will cease
   to apply thereafter.
3.  Note to fellows:
   The annual subscription fee should be paid on or before 30th June for each calendar year. If it
   is paid after 30th June, a late administrative surcharge of 5% will be levied.
4. Note to Ordinary Members:
   The annual subscription fee should be paid on or before 30th June for each calendar year. If it
   is paid after 30th June, a late administrative surcharge of 5% will be levied AND the trainee status
   would be terminated as recommended by the Education Committee HKCEM.
5. Note to Trainees:
   The annual subscription fee should be paid on or before 31st March for each calendar year. If
   it is paid after 31st March, a late administrative surcharge of 100% will be levied. If it is not
   yet paid after 30th June, the trainee status would be terminated as recommended by the
   Education Committee HKCEM
